About Us

Since 1992, ACCESS Association for Community Care, Education and Social Services; a charity based in Bangalore, India has been dedicated to a simple but powerful mission: nurturing and equipping Bangalore’s most vulnerable children to ensure they get the best possible start in life and realize their full potential.

For over three decades, we have been a foundational source of stability, hope, and opportunity for thousands of young lives. When the world faced the uncertainty of COVID-19, our commitment deepened. We immediately stepped up to support over 700 marginalized children and 200 families, providing essential resources when they needed them most.

Today, we continue to stand by marginalized students and their families, ensuring that the dream of an education doesn’t end. We cover school fees and provide essential provisions, removing the biggest barriers so these children can focus on learning and building a brighter future.

We believe true development happens both in the classroom and out in the community. That’s why we bring fun and growth into their lives through enriching activities:

• We run a summer camp during school breaks, providing a safe, joyful space for children to learn and play.

• Every Saturday at our centre, we run life skills sessions, equipping them with the practical knowledge, confidence, and independence they’ll need to navigate the world as successful adults.

• Focusing on women empowerment and opportunity we are dedicated to providing empowering skills training, helping them build brighter futures. Our programs including tailoring, computer classes, and spoken English equip them with the practical expertise and confidence they need to secure economic independence and thrive.
